Lumea is an interior design studio based at Jalan Mesui, Bukit Bintang, 50200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We provide design services for food and beverage venues including restaurants and cafés. References to "we", "us", and "our" in these terms refer to Lumea.

4. Enquiry Submissions

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, you are expressing interest in our services. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract or any obligation on either party. A working relationship is only established when both parties have signed a written agreement.

We will make reasonable efforts to respond to enquiries within two to three business days.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting figures in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change. The final fee for any project will be set out in a written proposal. Unless stated otherwise in the proposal:

• A deposit is required before design work commences.
• Remaining payments are due at milestones specified in the engagement agreement.
• Prices do not include construction costs, contractor fees, furniture, fittings, or materials unless explicitly stated.
• Out-of-scope requests will be quoted separately before work begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All design documents, drawings, 3D visualisations, and written materials produced by Lumea remain the intellectual property of Lumea until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Lumea. You may not reproduce or republish any part of it without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Lumea shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.
• Delays or interruptions caused by third parties, contractors, suppliers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
• Discrepancies between design visualisations and finished construction outcomes, where such outcomes are dependent on contractor workmanship or material availability.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
