Three Services.
One Kind of Space.
Each service is designed to fit a specific stage of the F&B fit-out process — take what you need, and engage further if the project requires it.
Back to HomeDesign That Starts With the Operation
Most interior design processes start with references and visual inspiration. Ours starts with understanding how the venue will actually be run. The seating arrangement, the counter position, the sightlines from the entrance — all of these are operational decisions as much as aesthetic ones.
Once we understand the service model and the physical space, the design direction follows from a clearer foundation. That means fewer revisions, less misalignment between the drawings and the build, and a finished space that actually works for the people using it every service.
Our Methodology
Listen before drawing
Every project starts with a conversation about cuisine, service model, and pace.
Document precisely
Drawings are made for the contractor, not just for the client presentation.
Attend the build
On-site presence where the risk of misinterpretation is highest.
Snag before opening
A thorough snagging round before the operator takes over the space.

Standards That Apply to Every Engagement
Client Confidentiality
Project briefs and concept documents are not shared with third parties outside the project team. We do not share client projects publicly without permission.
Written Scope Before Work Begins
Every engagement is preceded by a written scope and fixed fee. Work does not start until the scope is agreed in writing by both sides.
Revisions Included
Two rounds of revisions are built into every documentation phase. Additional rounds are discussed and agreed before proceeding — no surprise billing.
Local Supply Knowledge
Material specifications are grounded in what is available in Malaysia. Lead times and sourcing are discussed honestly during the documentation phase.
Written Records at Every Step
Decisions made in meetings or on-site are confirmed in writing. This protects both the operator and the contractor from ambiguity later in the project.
Honest Timeline Estimates
We do not compress timelines to win work. Our estimates reflect the actual time required to produce the output at the quality we stand behind.
Starting Fees by Service
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and represent the starting point for a typical project. The exact fee for your project is fixed in writing before work begins.
